Navigating pregnancy and birth can sometimes feel overwhelming. Many birthing people don’t know how many choices they have! And once you learn about those choices, how do you know what the right choices are for you and your baby? And how do you make sure that your birth preferences are respected during your birth?

     That’s what I’m here for. As a doula and Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator in Colorado Springs, I can provide information, and emotional and physical support during your Birthing Time. In my Hypnobabies Hypnosis Childbirth class (which is one of the approved classes for Beginnings Birth Center), I will teach you about your choices, give you the risks/benefits of each one, and as your doula I will respect whatever decisions you make with the information that you’re given. I work with you and your birth partner to help you have the birth experience that you want.
